  • WILDSTAR 3XBM 3U OpenVPX FPGA Processor – WB3XBM

    One Kintex® UltraScale™ XCKU115 or Virtex® UltraScale+™ XCVU5P/XCVU7P FPGA with up to 10 GB of DDR4 DRAM for up to about 40 GB/s of DRAM bandwidth. Up to 1.7 million logic cells and 5520 DSP slices per board.  Also features WFMC+ mezzanine I/O site with stacking support, on-board Zynq Quad ARM CPU, and 1Gb Ethernet Switch.

    High-bandwidth backplane connectivity is enabled by MULTIGIG RT3 interconnects, which deliver 100Gb per Fat Pipe. The new high-density RT3 boosts VPX backplane speeds to a remarkable 25 Gbaud, without sacrificing signal integrity.

    Winner of a "Best in Show" Award at 2018 AOC Convention!

    Two Xilinx® Virtex® UltraScale+™ XCVU9P/XCVU11P/XCVU13P FPGAs with up to 29 GB of DDR4 DRAM for up to about 125 GB/s of DRAM bandwidth. Up to 8.7 million logic cells and 27,504 DSP slices per board.  Also features two WFMC+ mezzanine I/O sites with stacking support, on-board Zynq Quad ARM CPU and two FireFly 4x transceivers.

    One or two Xilinx® Kintex® UltraScale™ XCKU115 or Virtex® UltraScale+™ XCVU5P/XCVU9P/XCVU13P FPGAs. Up to 20 GB of DDR4 DRAM for up to 80 GB/s of DRAM bandwidth. Up to 7.5 million logic cells and 11.5 million multiplier bits per board.

    Features a WILD FMC+ (WFMC+) next generation I/O site. WFMC+ supports 32 HSS and 100 LVDS I/O for higher density ADC and DAC solutions.  WFMC+ also supports stacking two I/O cards, for maximum performance per slot.

    WILDSTAR™ UltraKVP ZP 3PE for OpenVPX 6U boards include three Xilinx® Kintex® UltraScale™ XCKU115 or Virtex® UltraScale+™ XCVU5P/XCVU9P FPGAs with High Speed Serial connections performing up to 32 Gbps. There is also an on-board Xilinx® Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC Quad ARM CPU running up to 1.3 GHz which can be used for local application requirements without requiring an additional Single Board Computer (SBC).

There is also an on-board dual ARM Cortex-A9 Processor running up to 766 MHz which can be used for local application requirements without using PCIe bandwidth.
