Intern/Co-Op Program

We love investing in students through our Intern/Co-Op Program. Students bring a lot of enthusiasm and new ideas to Annapolis, and we know that some of the best will return in the future as F/T employees.

Internships are typically in the summer; Co-ops typically run two periods (spring/summer, summer/fall, or fall/winter) to allow for a more meaningful experience. Both Interns and Co-ops are paid. Students may apply through their school’s job posting pages, or direct to Annapolis.

Hardware Intern Testimonial

“My biggest takeaway from this summer was that I was given the opportunity to help make real products and have design input on boards that customers were ready to buy. I was surprised at how quickly I was given a project and how prepared the hardware team was to answer any questions. In addition to the work I was given, I was also very pleased to gain an understanding of how the entire company operated, not just the hardware department. By walking around the manufacturing lab and observing people in the cross-sectioning lab, I was able to see the end result of my work and be involved in many phases of the process. I had a wonderful experience and I’m thankful that I was given this opportunity.”

Software Intern Testimonial

“Interning at Annapolis is pretty unique; I was able to really contribute something of importance, and I felt that that’s not only a cool thing, but also a motivating factor to do my best. This Summer I learned a whole new language (C++) as well as a lot about the hardware manufactured here, which I definitely wouldn’t get to do anywhere else.”
