Annapolis Micro Systems has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The Baltimore Sun Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, the employee survey technology partner. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

“We are honored to be recognized by our hard-working employees as a Top Workplace,” said Annapolis President Nancy Dalton. “Many people are attracted here – and thrive here – because of our important mission: to design and manufacture high-performance computing products to handle the most demanding real-time processing for commercial and defense applications. Our mission-critical products are deployed around the world in state-of-the-art naval ships, radar stations, and reconnaissance planes. We are proud to play an important role in solving complex challenges to help defend our nation.”

The Annapolis company culture is fast-paced and challenging, while also being friendly and flexible. Cutting-edge work is coupled with a nurturing, family-friendly environment that seeks to support and develop each person. Compensation is very competitive and benefits are excellent – 100% of health, dental, and vision premiums are covered.

Annapolis is hiring. Opportunities are available in Engineering, Assembly, HR, Administration, and Accounting.

Annapolis high-performance products are designed for advanced HPC, ISR, and multi-function EW applications, including phased array radar, cybersecurity network processing, DRFM, beamforming, sensor processing, wireless communication, and radar signal processing.

The demand for these solutions is strong and growing. So is Annapolis. In 2020, the company upgraded its 16,000-square-foot surface-mount technology production facility to state-of-the-art. Now it is doing the same for offices and labs. The new design will be more efficient and modern, and employees will enjoy a new lounge, wellness room, and gym.
